4. Sleeping Accommodations

Camp Caroline has two styles of rooms, some sleep 4 and others sleep 9.  The rooms that sleep 4 have their own bathroom with shower with a door that can lock on the bathroom.  Rooms that sleep 9 share a common bathroom/showers with approximately 10 other rooms.

Because some rooms only sleep 4, there are rooms that will have no adult leader in that room. Adult leaders are able to knock on the doors of the rooms, to announce their arrival, and then supervise rooms throughout the retreat.
All camper rooms at Camp Caroline are designated for either males or females only.

Campers should bring sleeping bags, pillows, and soap for the bathrooms. Some campers will choose to bring bedding instead of a sleeping bag.

5. Free Time

During Free time students are able to access the gym, games rooms, pool and hot tub, and outdoor activities.  Students may bring board games to play.  Please do not send electronic devices.

6.  Pool & Change Room Information

Camp Caroline has an indoor pool, hot tub and wading pool.  It can only be used with supervision.  The pool has a male and female change room, with showers and bathroom stalls in each one.  If students prefer to change in their rooms, they must towel off before leaving the pool area so that they are dry.

7.   Outdoor Information

Camp Caroline has 320 acres of land to explore.  This is surrounded by a fence.  Campers must be in groups to go exploring outside.  If you get lost, walk until you find a fence, and then follow the fence around to the main road, and then take the main road to the lodge.  Please wear appropriate clothes for winter weather.
